As the price for the supply of precious metals is dependent on price movements in the financial markets, which Belfast Bullion cannot control, you do not have any right of return in respect of orders received or placed and Contracts formed for the purchase of precious metals.

However, where practicable, Belfast Bullion will use reasonable endeavours to assist Customers to cancel orders.
